Insurance Adviser

At Lighthouse Financial, our purpose is to secure Kiwis’ financial futures. We are a team of Financial Advisers, Mortgage Brokers, and Accountants supporting over 4,000 clients across New Zealand.

As part of that, ensuring clients have the right insurance in place is critical – which is why we’re looking for an Insurance Adviser to join our growing team.

This role presents a strong opportunity to work with a steady flow of new clients generated through our podcast, advertising, and internal referral network across our Accounting, Mortgage, Wealth, and KiwiSaver teams.

With over 40 advisers today and ambitious plans to grow to 50,000 clients over the next decade, this role also offers the opportunity to build and lead a team as the business scales.

• We want a motivated, a self-starter, people person, a great attitude, teachable and will add to our great team culture. 
• Level Five Financial Services Certificate (Life, income and health insurance)
• A track record of delivering great results
• Amazing customer service
• A self-starter who can drive good processes and build relationships with referral partners
