Yes. Pre-approval tells you exactly what you can spend before you commit, and it puts you in a stronger position at the dealership or in a private sale.
Dealer finance can be convenient, but it usually comes from a single lender. We compare options across our whole panel, so you can be confident the rate and terms actually stack up before you sign.
Often, yes. We work with lenders whose criteria suit a wide range of situations. We’ll be upfront about what’s realistic, and if now isn’t the right time to borrow, we’ll tell you that too.
Once we have your documents, most lenders come back with a decision within one to two working days, and funds often follow soon after approval. If you’re on a tight timeframe, let us know and we’ll work to it.
Most lenders allow early repayment, though some charge a fee for it. We’ll explain any early repayment costs before you sign, so there are no surprises later.
We’re paid a commission by the lender when your loan settles. In most cases there’s also a fixed documentation fee of up to $1,095, which is added to your loan rather than paid upfront. Whatever applies to you is set out in your Statement of Advice before you go ahead.
