1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Edwards and Co Prize Giveaway (“Giveaway”) operated by Lighthouse Financial (“us”, “we”, “our”).
1.2. By entering the Giveaway, you (“Entrant”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not participate in the Giveaway.
2.1. The Giveaway is open to legal residents of New Zealand who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2.2. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Lighthouse Financial, Haigh Lyon or Kernel Wealth and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and persons living in the same household of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win.
3.1. The Giveaway begins on 19th April 2023 at 9.00am and ends on 18th May 2023 at 11.00pm (“Giveaway Period”). All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period to be eligible.
4.1. To enter the Giveaway, follow the instructions provided in the Giveaway announcement or promotional materials.
4.2. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
4.3. Incomplete, illegible, or otherwise non-compliant entries will be disqualified.
4.4. Lighthouse Financial is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, or undelivered entries.
4.5. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per household during the Giveaway Period, regardless of the method of entry.
5.1. One (1) winner will be awarded the prize, as described in the Giveaway announcement or promotional materials (“Prize”).
5.2. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives. The Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Edwards and Co
5.3. Edwards and Co reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the original Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
6.1. The winner will be selected by a random drawing conducted by Lighthouse Financial within 5 days after the end of the Giveaway Period.
6.2. The winner will be notified by email or phone, as provided in the entry, within 5 days of the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the Prize within 14 days of notification, the Prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
6.3. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7.1. By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Lighthouse Financial, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Giveaway and the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.
7.2. Lighthouse Financial reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs
