Operations Manager

This role is a key partner in making that happen.
We are looking for an ambitious, resourceful, and highly capable Operations Manager to work side by side with the Wealth Director and help execute the three-year growth strategy to 10x the Wealth Division.
This role has a broad scope across operations, analytics, technology, systems, strategic execution, and continuous improvement. There is no single background required. We care far more about capability, mindset, and problem-solving ability than industry experience. You will help build a scalable, efficient, data-driven Wealth division that empowers our Advisors to deliver an exceptional client experience as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Strategy Execution
- Collaborate closely with the Wealth Director to convert high-level strategy into clear plans, processes, and systems.
- Build scalable operational frameworks across the Wealth team.
- Develop and refine workflows, documentation, and consistency across the business.
Reporting, Analytics & Financial Understanding
Own the numbers that drive the Wealth Division, including:
- Cost per lead
- Cost to acquire clients
- Advisor performance metrics
- Conversion rates
- Lead source performance
- Attrition
- Financial performance reporting
Turn insights into actions that improve performance and efficiency.
Acquisition Strategy
Support the Wealth Director in:
- Identifying acquisition opportunities (client books, small firms, adviser books)
- Assessing financial viability
- Onboarding and integrating new clients
- Ensuring operational continuity
Automation, Technology & AI
Lead the adoption of automation and technology to:
- Reduce administrative workload
- Improve Advisor efficiency
- Enhance the client experience
- Build scalable systems for a high-growth environment
A strong appetite for learning new tech is important.
Investment Offering, Compliance & Systems
- Maintain documentation and processes for investment advice
- Oversee compliance-aligned workflows
- Build and maintain onboarding systems and templates
- Work with Advisors and leadership to ensure the highest professional standards
